Nuve Partners acquired Telliskivi 61b commercial property together with Estonian private investors. The former Bastion factory building has been converted primarily into office premises. The building has high ceilings, which are appreciated among the many companies based in the Kalamaja area. The property is located in the vicinity of Telliskivi Creative City.
