Nuve Partners is a commercial real estate investment manager and operator headquartered in Tallinn. We invest in single assets and larger cash flow-generating portfolios across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
We manage 30 properties with a total gross leasable area of 100,000 m² through our funds, Nuve Retail Property Fund and Net Lease for Future Fund, and in projects with private investors.
Our capital partners include private investors, pension funds, insurance companies, and international real estate investors. Nuve Partners is owned by its management and employees.
