Nuve Partners acquired Indi Business Centre in Riga
Nuve Partners in partnership with an Estonian private investor acquired the Indi Business Centre in Riga, a modern multi-tenant office building in the Ganibu Dambis commercial area towards the north of the city centre and near the Skanste office district. The building has 12,000 m² of net leasable area with further development volume.
The building features attractive open space offices with high ceilings and an appealing industrial vibe. It is unique and desirable, as companies look for engaging offices that offer attractive collaboration and meeting venues in a post-Covid environment.
The 4-floor building was reconstructed from the historical Riga Electric Machine Building Plant industrial building in several stages from 2008 to 2022.
For the benefit of visitors and employees, the location of Indi offices is well connected with public transport (tram and buses) and has strategically convenient access to main central locations within 20 minutes. The plan is to further improve the property and offer more bicycle parking possibilities and install electric charging points for cars.
