EEREIF disposed its last investment and distributed the capital to the investors
With the sale of Järveotsa shopping centre the EEREIF fund has disposed all of its holdings. As a result, the fund has been liquidated, and the capital, totalling €20 million of equity, distributed to the investors. EEREIF has been closed down given the end of the fund’s holding term.
Nuve Partners has therefore completed its fund advisory and investment management role.
