Nuve Partners advised Roger Puit, one of the largest forest owners in Estonia on capital raising

Nuve Partners (previously named Lumi Capital) advised Roger Puit AS and its shareholders on capital raising. In a transaction closed in July, 2015, Graanul Invest AS group entity Graanul Mets OÜ acquired a control stake in Roger Puit AS.

Roger Puit AS is a forest owner and manager with a 20-year history, who at the time of the transaction owned some 18 000 ha of forestland around Viljandi.
