Nuve Partners advised the acquisition of Raadiku municipal housing portfolio and continues to manage the investment following the closing of the transaction

Nuve Partners (previously named Lumi Capital) advised LCN Capital Partners in the acquisition of Raadiku municipal housing portfolio in Tallinn. The properties comprise of 1 215 newly built residential apartments leased to the municipality of Tallinn over a 15 year lease agreement.

Nuve Partners acts as a local operating partner in managing the investment on behalf of the investor following the closing of the transaction in August, 2015.
