Nuve Partners exits Rimi logistics centre development project
Nuve Partners has sold its minority stake in INF Saue OÜ, the owner of the 25,000 m² Rimi logistics centre located in Laagri. As a result of the transaction, Infortar became the sole owner of the property.
Nuve Partners initiated the project in 2021, signed a long-term lease agreement with Rimi Estonia, and brought the development to construction readiness. The subsequent construction and completion of the building took place in cooperation with Infortar. Today, the modern facility brings together Rimi’s logistics operations, headquarters, and central kitchen under one roof.

“We are proud to have contributed to launching one of the most significant commercial real estate developments in Estonia in recent years. Our role was to create the vision and concept and bring the project to a shovel-ready stage. Partnering with Rimi, one of the leading grocery chains in the Baltics, and Estonian largest investment group Infortar brought together deep retail expertise and strong investment capabilities – a combination that helped ensure the project’s success,” said Raiko Uri, Partner at Nuve Partners.
“For Estonian real estate market, the execution of such ambitious and long-term projects is vital – they create new jobs, long-term value, and a strong foundation for further growth,” Uri added.
Nuve Partners focuses on commercial real estate investment and asset management in the Baltics. The company’s portfolio includes both cash-flow investments and development projects, such as the recently completed Rimi logistics centre.
