Nuve Partners acquired Maxima neighbourhood shopping center to its real estate fund

Retail Property Fund is a real estate fund established by Nuve Partners. The fund acquired the Tiiman Maxima neighbourhood shoping center in Narva. The acquired commercial building is located in the middle of a large residential area.

Tiimani Maxima is the second investment of Retail Property Fund. The first investment of the fund was Aardla Selver located in Estonian second biggest town Tartu, which was acquired in November 2017.

Retail Property Fund is specialising in investing in neighbourhood shopping centres and grocery stores in the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The total volume of the fund’s investments will amount to EUR 100 million with a time period of 20 years.
