EEREIF has sold close to 80% of its property portfolio
EEREIF has sold a majority of its property portfolio and will be liquidated as planned in November, 2014. In addition to previously announced transactions, EEREIF sold the Swiss House and Sõpruse Cinema properties in Tallinn, and the Nemuno Panorama property in Kaunas.
Nuve Partners is advising EEREIF Management AS in the management and sale of EEREIF fund’s assets.
