EEREIF disposed its last investment and distributed the capital to the investors
With the sale of Järveotsa shopping centre the EEREIF fund has disposed all of its holdings. As a result, the fund has been liquidated, and the capital – totalling 20 million euros of equity – distributed to the investors. EEREIF has been closed down given the end of the fund’s holding term.
Nuve Partners has therefore completed its fund advisory and investment management role.
