With another transaction EEREIF has sold approx. 30% of assets

EEREIF has sold two production and warehousing properties totalling approx. 11 000 square meters to investors represented by Capital Mill. The transaction price is not disclosed.

Following the sale of Telliskivi Loomelinnak in February (for a price EUR 4.8 million) and the abovementioned transaction, EEREIF has sold a total of 30% of its assets. The sales process is continuing with the remaining assets, several already in exclusive discussions with potential buyers.
