Who we are

Nuve Partners OÜ (registry code 12525328), Kentmanni 4, 10116 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For any privacy question, write to info@nuve.ee.

This notice covers the website nuve.ee. Investors in our funds receive separate information about how their data is processed.

What we process and why

• Website visits. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) to keep the website secure and running. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Logs are kept for a limited period.
• Visitor statistics. We use Independent Analytics, which runs on our own server and does not use cookies. It records pages viewed, the referring website, device type and approximate location (country and city). IP addresses are not stored. Basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
• Emails and calls. When you contact us using the email addresses or phone numbers on this website, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to reply and to maintain business contacts. Basis: our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
• Newsletter. The Nuvesletter is published on Substack. If you subscribe, Substack processes your email address under its own privacy policy, and we can see the list of subscribers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

This website does not use cookies for visitors.

Who receives data

Our hosting provider Zone Media OÜ (Estonia), our email service provider and, for newsletter subscribers, Substack Inc. (United States). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@nuve.ee. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
