Grocery-anchored retail property fund managed by Nuve Partners acquires a store in Kuressaare
Retail Property Fund has acquired a Maxima X grocery store property located at Raekoja 10 in Kuressaare. The property is situated in the heart of the historical town centre, in close proximity to various public services and tourist attractions, making it a valuable retail location for both local residents and visitors.
This acquisition marks the 22nd grocery-anchored property in the Retail Property Fund’s portfolio and is the first acquisition made by the fund in Estonia in over three years.

“Kuressaare’s town centre is exactly the kind of vibrant, well-rooted retail location we’re looking for,” said Lauri Henno, Fund Manager at Nuve Partners. “The store is not only highly convenient for locals thanks to its central location, but also benefits from strong seasonal footfall from tourists. We are actively seeking more grocery-anchored properties like this across the Baltics – not just in capital cities, but also in strong regional centres.”
