Nuve Partners will advise EEREIF Management AS in the management and sale of EEREIF fund’s assets
Nuve Partners (previously named Lumi Capital) and EEREIF Management AS have entered into an advisory agreement, whereby Nuve Partners will offer investment management services regarding the management and sale of EEREIF’s assets until its liquidation. As part of the assignment, Nuve Partners partner Raiko Uri will serve as a management board member in 15 of the fund’s subsidiary companies.
About EEREIF
EEREIF is a regulated real estate fund launched in 2005. EEREIF has a EUR 40 million property portfolio consisting of 14 individual assets in four countries. The largest assets of the fund are the Swiss House office property in downtown Tallinn and Telliskivi Creative City, a destination entertainment, retail and office area.
