Nuve Partners team explored best real estate practices in Berlin

Berlin is a good example of an urban environment where cycling paths, functional common areas and active trade culture place the person at the heart of the urban space.

We explored first-hand which techniques are used to create attractive spaces and got good ideas on how to develop better real estate – rental houses as well as office spaces and commercial property. We took a closer look at Sensorberg’s innovative access systems, Factory Berlin co-working spaces and numerous grocery stores.
