Formative Years (2013–2015)
Nuve Partners' first major advisory engagement was managing the exit process for EEREIF fund during its planned liquidation. The firm also advised LCN Capital Partners on the acquisition of the Raadiku municipal housing portfolio (1,215 apartments), one of Estonia’s largest public-private partnership (PPP) transactions. In parallel, Nuve began managing various development and investment projects for private investors.

Retail Property Fund (2017–)
Nuve Partners launched the Retail Property Fund, a 20-year vehicle backed by Swedbank pension funds in Estonia. The fund invests in grocery-anchored retail properties with strong foot traffic and stable income.
