Rimi Logistics Complex, Estonia

Nuve Partners started the development of Rimi Logistics Complex in 2021, signing a lease agreement with Rimi Estonia and preparing the project up to the construction stage.

The new Rimi center brings together all of the company’s operations under one roof, ensuring a modern and efficient workflow. The project is an important milestone in Rimi’s development in Estonia, offering an energy-efficient and innovative working environment. The building also houses Rimi’s central kitchen, where all of Rimi’s ready-to-eat meals will be prepared in the future, except for baked goods and pizzas.

Nuve Partners exited the project in 2025 by selling its minority stake to majority owner and developer AS Infortar.
