Nuve Partners (previously called Lumi Capital) advised LCN Capital Partners, a private equity firm with offices in New York and London, in the acquisition of Raadiku municipal housing portfolio in Tallinn.

Raadiku municipal apartments in Lasnamäe are home to 3000 Tallinn residents. The complex is comprised of 9 residential buildings totalling 1215 apartments as well as a 5 storey parking house. The complex is leased to the municipality of Tallinn over a 15 year lease agreement.

The company acted as a local operating partner in managing the investment on behalf of the investor following the closing of the transaction in August, 2015.
