The Møller Auto portfolio comprises three well-located car dealership properties in Estonia, situated in Tallinn, Pärnu, and Jõhvi. All three buildings in the portfolio are modern, in good technical condition and built to the high corporate standards of Volkswagen and Škoda. Møller is the main importer and distributor of said car brands in the Baltic States. The buildings have seen recent energy-efficiency upgrades, including 200 kWp of solar panels.
