In 2014 Nuve Partners (then Lumi Capital) advised the management of property assets of the EEREIF real estate fund during its planned liquidation period, and exited all the investments totalling approx. EUR 40 million in proceeds.

EEREIF had investments in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Bulgaria.
