Telliskivi Creative City is one of the most successful examples of out of the box thinking in real estate development. In just five years, a former industrial area has been transformed into one of the most popular entertainment destinations of Tallinn. Telliskivi is equally popular among Kalamaja residents, students, intellectuals, as well as bankers and entrepreneurs.

Managing partner Raiko Uri was the CEO and management board member of Telliskivi Loomelinnak from 2011 until 2014. Under his management Telliskivi has thrived by the launch of the annual Telliskivi Flee Market (the largest in Estonia), opening of Pudel, Pokaal, and Reval Cafe. 2014 saw a further step in Telliskivi’s development by the opening of a 450-seat theatre, as well as many new entertainment areas.

Telliskivi Loomelinnak was sold in February, 2014 to a Swedish family company, in a transaction advised by Nuve Partners (then Lumi Capital).
