Flora Office Building, Estonia

Flora office buildings are located adjacent to the Kristiine shopping centre in Tallinn.

The first building, bought in 2014, features 4 400 square meters of leasable office space.

In 2015, a decision was made to develop the second building, which was leased out 3 years later. The second, a five storey office building is aimed for companies with 10-20 employees and includes retail spaces on the ground floor.
