Plienciema logistics complex, Latvia

The area is highly valued by logistics companies, located near the largest airport in the Baltics and is easily accessible by the labour force of Riga. The surrounding area is rapidly developing and several logistics companies, shopping centers (including Spice, Maxima XXX, Depo) and residential areas are located in the area. The complex is rented out to two international logistics companies – Inter Cars Group and Deutsche Post DHL Group. The logistics complex was built in 2006 according to international standards. The additional expansion of 6,285 m²  was completed in September 2020.
